Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by courier company Econt Express or Speedy. The delivery price is based on the price list of Econt or Speedy.
The standard delivery time is from 2 to 4 working days (the exception is locations that are serviced on the schedule of Econt). Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly – Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
Orders are processed until 16h. on working days. Orders received after 4pm are processed the next working day. If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee at the phone number indicated.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
The consumer has the right within 14 days to withdraw from the goods he has purchased, and may choose to return the product from a personal address or an office of a courier company Econt. The Customer shall not be required to pay any costs, except for return shipping. The term starts from the date of:
-receiving the product
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you have indicated in the return request.
You can only return an ordered item when there is NO damage caused by misuse – the item is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of make-up. The packaging must also be in its preserved integrity and the item returned in it. All product labels must be retained, as well as the product’s hygiene sticker.
If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to not refund your account and we will have to send the returned item back to you.
You have the right to make a claim in the event of:
manufacturing defects in the goods (discovered on receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days subject to the above return conditions)
non-compliance with the advertised/ordered size or model. In these cases, the delivery costs will be borne by the Merchant. To make a complaint, the Customer is obliged to notify the Merchant in writing at office@vian21.com by attaching a photo where the defect is clearly indicated or in the case of a wrong size sent by the Merchant – by indicating the order number where the exact size desired by the Customer is visible.
